PVC管材挤出生产线主要用于生产PVC水管，质量上乘，设备合理。

我公司生产的PVC管材生产线主要用于生产PVC给水管和PVC排水管，生产线由锥形双螺杆挤出机、机头、真空定型装置、多履带牵引机、切割机、翻转架组成，可以根据不同的客户需求选择锥形、平行双螺杆挤出机。

采用高效锥形双或平行双螺杆挤出机，保证高效挤出，

适合于PVC加工的分流式机头，既保证了高速挤出的稳定性，双避免了非结晶性塑料的分解反应，提高了管材质量。

采用高效真空定径技术和喷淋冷却水箱，提高管材的成品率，满足高速生产的需要，采用双履带和多履带牵引机，牵引力大且均匀平稳，进口变频调速实现了准确的速度调节，保证生产线平稳运行。采用高速、精确设计的切割机，切割断面平整，带有自动倒角功能，便于管材的连接。

采用双炉加热的全自动扩口机，真空定径，既保证了扩口的质量，又提高了扩口效率。

采用电脑控制，生产线采用PLC和大屏幕触摸屏控制系统或德国BECKHOFF工业计算机总线控制系统、WINDOWS XP2操作系统，自动化程度高，具有完善的报警系统，多种语言人机界面，操作十分方便。

具有远程通讯功能，可实现故障远程诊断和排除。
