木屑机工作原理：

木屑机操作注意事项：
1 、接通电源，看转向是否正确。
2 、装换刀具时，刀口伸出刀盘平面2—4mm，然后拧紧螺栓。如发现压力螺栓丝扣磨损，应立即更换，以防损滑刀盘螺母。木屑机使用中不改变动力和速度，磨刀角度，保持原来直线 28—30°。
3 、改变刀的伸缩度，必须是伸刀长短一致。
4 、靠调刀长度，颗粒达不到理想时，改换不同孔径的罗筛。需换罗、调刀同时进行，罗孔最小不小于14mm（直径），最大不大于20mm（直���），调刀长度3—6mm之间，底刀板和刀的间隙不大于1mm。
5 、严禁夹带石头、钉子的木柴投入机内，以防打坏刀个和内件。
6 、注意检查锤片螺栓，发现松动，立即紧固，锤片和螺栓磨损严重时，应更换。
7 、磨刀角度为直线28—30°，严禁磨成凸面，凸面会导致钢刃脱离或局部揭钢。
8 、经常使用的机子应检查轴承黄油是否缺少。应3—4小时加注黄油一次，加注黄油不易过多。木屑机机能粉直径3cm—20cm以下的木料成颗粒状。
