UNQ系列对焊机能对接低碳钢、铜、铝等金属的直线或环形接头，广泛应用于焊圈行业。
UNQ butt welders can be connected to the straightway and ball joints of low-carbon steel, copper and aluminum, and are widely used to weld rings.
二、结构特点 Structural features
采用气动夹紧工件及气动顶锻、焊机配有专用电阻焊控制器、焊接时间和焊接电流均能精确设定，踏一下脚踏开关就能完成整个焊接过程，该机自动化程度高，质量稳定可靠。
The welding process is operated by tapping the footswitch, and is guaranteed by pneumatic work pieces clamping, pneumatic upsetting, electric resistance welding(ERW) specially equipped in the welders, and accurately-set weld intervals and current. The welders are highly automatic with reliable stability.
