◎ 该机采用304不锈钢制造，凡是与物料接触部份都进行了高度抛光精制。提升臂槽进
行了帘布式隔离处理，整机小巧灵活，外型美观。
◎ 该机采用了电-液集成控制技术，性能稳定可靠；使用摇杆操作系统，使用方便灵
活；可在任何高度自动锁定，使用安全。
1. 该机采用了适应gMP要求的优化结构。
2. 该机料斗使用了密封装置，防止料桶翻转时扬尘；药厂需要时，该料桶可用密封
盖，物料可密封贮存。
3. 特制无死角易清洗出料蝶阀，必要时亦可以拆卸清洗。
4. 设计可卸式料斗，清洗十分方便。
5.使用了特制的车轮，保护洁净区自流坪地面不被损坏，不留痕迹。

◎ ytJ系列移动提升加料机主要由底盘小车与提升机二部份组成；提升机由机架、液压提升系统及料斗翻转机构组成，并配置
带密封装置的专用锥形料斗、料桶、易清洗。
◎ 工作时，先将锥形料斗与装有物料的料桶密封扣合，启动提升操作杆，料斗与料桶一起提升；启动翻转操作杆，料桶即可翻
转180°，呈桶底向上姿态。移动底盘小车使之与被加料设备进料口对接，开启料斗上的出料蝶阀，便可方便地加料，需要时
卸下料筒，在100kg之内的货物可当叉车使用。
◎ ytJ series mobile lifting charging machine consists of the frame(handling carriage,lifting column),lifting system,barrel turnover mechanism and is equipped with a special
barrel and a hopper having a butterfly valve.the surface of the lifting machine,the barrel lifting and turnover components,the barrel and the hopper are all made of stainless steel.
to begin to work ,the hopper should first cover the barrel loaded with material,the barrel is lifted to the required height by a lifting machine,then it is turned over 180° with the
barrel bottom up and the hopper down,open the butterfly valve,then the material in barrel will be conveyed to the downstream equipment.
Note:there are two kinds of lifting mechanism,i.e. hydraulic mechanism and sprocket wheel.there are two kinds of power source,i.e. alternating current and battery.
