WZ-801前脱脂洗净槽Front degreasing & washing tank
用途和特点：
（1） 洗净槽配备加热器，使工件在热水的槽体中浸泡一段时间，然后对行进在输送带的工件进行喷淋，去除附着在工件上的油污。
（2） 洗净槽配备油水分离器和强力吹风装置。
（3） 洗净槽配备喷淋泵浦。
Usage and features:
（1） Equipped with a heater in the tank and work pieces are soaked in the hot water in a while, then spray to remove the dirty while moving in the elevator.
（2） Equipped with an oil-water separator and strong blower.
（3） Equipped with a spraying pump.
WZ-802去磷槽Dephosphating tank
用途：适用于汽车等高强度螺栓的去磷处理。避免表层金相组织发生变化，形成一个渗磷层，这层组织会对产品的疲劳性能等造成影响。
Featrues：For automotive high strength bolts to phosphorus treatment
Avoid surface microstructure changes, forming a phosphor layer infiltration , fatigue properties of this layer of tissue products, such as would affect .
WZ-803连续式网带传动可控气氛热处理淬火（渗碳）炉

用途：广泛使用于工程机械、汽车配件、紧固件、轴承、链条、五金工具和精密件行业等调质渗碳热处理。
特点：
（1）省电：使用高强度的硅酸铝板、陶瓷纤维板、高段热的保温材料，可达电热最高效率。
（2）操作：采用电脑触目屏自动化控制运行操作，节省人力。

WZ-804淬火冷却油（水）槽Quenching cooling oil(water) tank
特点：
（1） 采用板式热交换器和诺亚方舟，能迅速地控制及调整油（水）温。
（2）油（水）槽采用循环冷却泵浦，能根据需要调整槽内介质的温度。
（3）槽内配备搅拌机，能使介质温度均匀。
（4）油（水）槽配备过滤网抽换式装置，在作业上不至于因杂物累计而造成泵浦和热交换器堵塞。
Features：

特点：
（1） 发热体采用上下排列设计，温度均匀，寿命长，故障率低。
（2） 炉内配有搅拌风机，使炉膛内的温度均匀。

WZ-807双层着色槽Double-layer dyeing tank
特点：
（1） 利用回火余热来着色，节约能源。
（2） 利用热交换器调整温度，防止着色槽温度过高。
（3） 着色槽采用双层式，设有循环泵浦，可根据需要任意抽取着色剂。
